(Suomi versio löytyy lopusta) My last piece of writing before leaving will be dedicated to the lads and ladies of Gaelic Football team. Often in exchange blogs you read about wonderful multicultural exchange families that people form when abroad, and I have indeed enjoyed my time with other exchange students too, but it’s probably not surprise to anyone that my ”family” wasn’t with other international students. Don’t get me wrong, met lovely people and got some friends through exchange group too. But I can’t lie and say it would be same than having these people I shared my Sunday afternoons with . I can still recall the first time I ever went to training. It was my second Sunday in Plymouth, hadn’t trained for two months and I was so anxious. What if I sucked, what if it would be awkward and I couldn’t fit in the team and this would be the only training I would go to.
